RETURN POLICY

Every item purchased in Break&Walk through our website can be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date when the order was delivered.

Exchanges will be managed through our Return Portal, where you can choose different options to be refunded. Break&Walk will only assume return expenses of  defected products previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.

Exchanges

At the moment, size or model exchanges are not allowed, so if the customer wishes to change his product, he will have to return it through our Portal, with any carrier at his expense and place a new order with the new desired size. These return costs will not be charged to Break&Walk.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must do it through our Returns Portal. You must return the product at your own expense, via the carrier of your choice. All returns must be sent to our warehouses in Spain, whose address you will find on our Portal.

Please note that, as it is not a service offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the returned package when it refers to causes not attributable to Break&Walk, so we recommend you to keep a proof of shipment. 

 

PRODUCT STATUS

In order for a return to be accepted by Break&Walk, if must comply with the following conditions:

  1. That haven't been used.
  2. That haven't suffer any damage.
  3. That are in the same conditions as they were initially sent to the customer and keep the original package and all its contents (hangtags, papers and other elements that may contain).
  4. That the original box hasn’t been written on, or doesn’t have anything stuck on to it

In case that any of the conditions indicated in this section are not meet, Break&Walk will keep the right of refusing the return.

Once the return is refused, the customer will have 3 months to pickup the package from our warehouse, assuming the shipping cost. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 3 months it will be sent to charity.

GIFTS

Please note that in case of gifts, refunds will always be made through the method of payment used when placing the order.

REFUNDS

Once the item has been received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email notifying that the amount of the product or products to be returned, will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the order. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will appear in your account balance in the next 7 to 15 working days after you receive the email confirming the refund, although this may vary depending on the conditions of each bank.
