Shipping is free for all orders over 50€ to Spain and rest of Europe. Otherwise, delivery is 4,90€-20€ depending on the country you plan to purchase.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Spain, 3 to 10 in Europe and 7 to 15 for the rest of the world. You can estimate the shipping costs in your cart and during the checkout.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, you must do it through our Returns Portal. You must return the product at your own expense, via the carrier of your choice.

Please note that, as it is not a service offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the returned package when it refers to causes not attributable to Break&Walk, so we recommend you to keep a proof of shipment.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged.

Replacements

If you want to change an article for a different size or colour, you must return the item and apply for a refund, and then place another order for the item in the desired size or colour.
